Can I test a laptop before paying?
Yes — that is the point of buying from a shop rather than a hawker. You can run a battery report, test every port, check the serial in the BIOS and type on the keyboard before any money changes hands. We also show you the inspection sheet for the unit you are buying.
How much does a laptop cost at Majestic Plaza?

What warranty do you give?
Three months on certified refurbished machines, covering the battery, board and manufacturer defects, and twelve months of shop cover on new stock alongside the manufacturer warranty. The serial number, warranty length and what is covered are printed on your receipt.
Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes. Orders confirmed before 4pm are usually delivered the same day inside Kampala and Wakiso. Upcountry orders travel by bus the next morning, with the tracking details sent to you on WhatsApp.
Will you take my old laptop in part exchange?
Yes. Bring the machine, its charger and your ID. Working Core i5 laptops typically trade at UGX 400,000–900,000 against a purchase; we test the battery and screen before quoting so the number does not change after you agree.
Do you repair laptops you did not sell?
Yes — screens, keyboards, batteries, charging ports, SSD and RAM upgrades, thermal servicing and data recovery on most business and consumer models. You get a written quote before work starts, and the old part back if you want it.
Do you sell MacBooks at Majestic Plaza?
